James has advised the boards, C-suite and executives of Public Sector and Enterprise clients such as the ATO, IAG, nbn, Scentre Group, Toll, Ausgrid and Rio Tinto on their sourcing requirements, operating model designs, and partner relationships.

Mark works primarily with public sector clients and applies his experience in large and complex IT environments to Commercial and Operations Management challenges. He gathers and investigates information from diverse sources and explores new ideas and different viewpoints to proactively offer effective solutions. He is passionate about sourcing the right solutions, co-authoring technology strategies and finding ways to optimise cost.

John brings extensive government experience to work through clients' technical or operational concerns and transformational needs. He has served over two decades in various senior executive leadership roles, focussed on driving organisational change management and business reform, complex program management, thought leadership, strategic vendor management, and contract negotiations.

At ISG, Marolin van Wygnaarden focusses on technology sourcing advisory services.  Marolin has 10+ years of management consulting experience across a range of sectors, including heavily regulated entities in the public and financial sectors. As a technology sourcing specialist, she can articulate her clients’ needs to deliver new, step-change, and transformational improvements in IT capability which can immediately effect benefits and efficiencies.

Craig brings his passion and product experience to lead organisations as they adopt a product mindset, change their ways of working and embed Lean, Agile and DevOps practices as a key part of their future—regardless of whether they are just starting out, or starting over.

Alex leads ISG Australia’s Public Sector Advisory team. His broad commercial experience enables him to contribute to all aspects of a project from inception and business case, through negotiation and transition.

An innovative and dynamic technology leader, Mathew has extensive experience across several sectors including federal government, finance & banking, major events and not-for-profit. ​Mathew offers ISG clients strategic sourcing, negotiations and cybersecurity experience and his proven ability to deliver outcomes ​across outsourcing and ICT are vital to his clients.

Chris has extensive global experience with BPO and Technology sourcing, negotiation, transition, delivery, commercial & contract management, and exit across telecommunications, media & entertainment, government, and BFSI.  Managing significant transactions, disputes, and transitions from both a customer and service provider standpoint gives Chris unique insights into what it takes to ensure client and provider interests are aligned, and that negotiated outcomes are deliverable.

With more than 30 years involvement in the sourcing industry, David has a successful track record facilitating enterprise agreements and complex regional transactions for ISG clients. He leads the ISG delivery efforts on site, acts as the primary ISG interface and provides consulting services and access to ISG expertise, methodologies and templates.
