Willo Laurel has over forty (40) years of public sector experience including twenty-six (26) years in the design, development, implementation, customization and support of financial, procurement and human resources applications designed for public sector entities.  She has expertise in the following functional areas: general ledger, accounts payable, budgetary control, budget preparation, grant and project accounting, cost allocation, purchasing, inventory control, transportation assets, labor distribution, and payroll.  Willo has hands-on experience with CGI Advantage, SAP, Infor, and Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise, and has evaluated many other first and second tier software packages.
